When I saved my answers a check was put by the number, but I don’t think that told me whether it was right or wrong. Is there anyway we can check our grade on the test?

  2. Callie on October 3rd, 2008 10:56 am

When I was almost finished with the exam, the part of the screen that had the list of question numbers showed a network error that the server was overloaded. I finished the exam and clicked to save the answers, but by the time i went back to read the troubleshooting instructions and restart the exam, my time was expired, and the answers I tried to save when the server was down didn’t save. I re-saved those answers, but the exam showed that I was over the time limit. Is this going to affect my grade?

When will we know the results from the test? Thanks.

I had the exact same problem as Callie. I didn’t get all of my answers saved and by the time the internet came back and the site was working, my time had already expired.

When I was taking the test I had an error message pop up and so I immediately called the computer help desk. After waiting on hold for a few minutes, I had to reset my internet browser. The whole process ended up taking 14 minutes off my exam-taking time.

It happened to me too, but I was fortunate enough to have the server back up and was able to finish mine on time.

I’m also wondering when are the scores released?

When I was taking the exam, my server crashed. Luckily I was able to log out, login, and I was able to finish taking my test with no problems. The issue is, though, that when I finished the test, there was no grade. Why is this? When are the scores going to be released?

The same thing happened to me as Callie. My time expired and i had two questions left to do.

The same thing happened to me as Callie as well, by the time i realized my answers hadn’t submitted the first time, the time was up.

I’m sorry to know some of you have encountered problems with the exam. We’ve been talking to the E-Learning specialists all day and haven’t reached a definitive solution. They recommend that you call the Help Desk to report the problem. It may help to refresh your browser. If that doesn’t help, try to close and restart your browser. And if that doesn’t help, restart your computer and log on again.

Please make sure you report the problem to the Help Desk and then contact me to let me know if you are not able to complete the exam. We’ll work it out.

The same thing happened to me that happened to Callie. I’m hoping that this doesn’t affect my grade, but I still can’t see my grade so I don’t really know what else I should do??

    This is horrible

So on two of my questions it had two questions to it. Meaning say if i was on #27, I also had #56 right below it. So I saved the answered to the first question. If those two are wrong because of that reason, I took a picture of them so you can see.
-what i just wrote makes no sense but i wanted to document my problem : )
    have a great friday night!!!

A similar thing happened to me as Callie

My grade was not shown after I submitted the exam. My TA said that we were supposed to find out our grade as soon as we submit the exam, so I was wondering if I am the only one who has not found out their grade yet.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

I dont think they release the grades till the exam is over to prevent any cheating….also if u take the test make sure to save each answer as u go b/c if u dont ur session will time out and thats why u guys have been havin problems—if u save each answer and restart the test when it times out, ur previous answers will already be there

Once I was almost finished with the exam, the bar on the side where you see the questions you have answered and those you have left to answer was filled with a troubleshoot. I was unable to submit my answers or save them, by the time I was able to get the computer back to normal I was told I was out of time and the time had expired. I kept trying to submit my exam, but was not allowed to and went over the time by 20 minutes without being allowed to submit the exam any sooner.

I also had problems with this. The test was not allowing me to save my answers and when it did it took forever. Also the bar on the side of the screen went away and I was not able to see the time or the check marks on questions I have been trying to submit my exam but it is not letting me I ams not sure what to do.

My exam score was never posted. I checked today and the only score posted is my reaction paper. It doesn’t look like this is happening to anyone else.

I can’t see my grade for the exam. the only grade that is posted is my Reaction Paper 1 grade. When will we find out our grade? Thanks.

This a late comment but i faced the same problem the test would not let me subit after have way throught the test. So i exited out and clicked on take the test and it started me of where i left of minus the the time i spent trying to figure out what happend and i submitted and it let me subit. However, i dont know if that will effect my score for example, only accepting the first ~30 questions i answered.
